Omni United Adds New Sizes to Radar RPX 800 Sport Touring Range

Omni United has announced that the company will be adding nine additional sizes between 15” and 18” in diameter to its sports touring range, Radar RPX 800. This range is meant for both compact and mid-size cars. Made of a unique tread compound that has been customized for high mileage (UTQG Treadwear: 520AA), the tires offer good grip in a wide range of driving conditions. Other distinctive features of the tires are their optimized tread pitch sequence and innovative asymmetric tread pattern design for a smooth ride. Run-flat versions of the tires in most sizes are also available.

Speaking about the RPX 800, GS Sareen, founder and CEO, Omni United said that it has been highly popular with customers in many countries since its launch. This prompted Omni to expand the range in order to make the tire available to more motorists. The RPX 800 is an all-in-one tire that offers drives just the right combination of high mileage, stylish looks and excellent control on both dry and wet roads.

The tire is one of the popular products from the Radar brand. As an outcome of the launch of the additional nine sizes, the RPX 800 tire now has 61 sizes and by mid 2017, Omni plans to make this a segment leading 103 sizes through a series of phased launches.

All the tires of the RPX 800 range come along with a 55,000 mile warranty and range in size from 14” to 18” in rim diameter, including the main run-flat sizes.
